Extremity Care, Head to Toe

Your spine is not the only joint that benefits from alignment. We care for shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees and ankles too.
Chiropractic is often associated only with the spine, but the same principles of alignment and motion apply to every joint in the body. When an extremity joint is restricted or misaligned, it can cause pain, weakness and a frustrating loss of function.

We evaluate and treat the joints of the arms and legs to keep you moving comfortably through work, sport and life.

Areas we treat

  • Shoulders with impingement, stiffness or rotator-cuff strain
  • Elbows and wrists including tennis elbow and carpal tunnel symptoms
  • Hips with tightness, bursitis or limited motion
  • Knees and ankles from sport, overuse or old injuries

How extremity care works

After pinpointing the restricted joint and the tissues around it, we use gentle adjustments, soft-tissue techniques and supportive therapies to restore motion and reduce irritation. Because the body works as a chain, we also check how the spine and nearby joints may be contributing.

The result is smoother, stronger movement and less compensation that could lead to the next injury.
